Day 1 - Beginning The Healing Process
We’ll kick off the challenge by looking at the proven steps I’ve used to help hundreds of people like you get over any breakup. We’ll start the “Beginning to Break Contact” exercise and worksheet so you can start to get to grips with creating distance between you and your ex.
I’ll be hosting a breakup Q&A session so we can help you overcome your breakup blocks. Finally, I’ll introduce you to a special guided meditation you can listen to every night to reinforce the steps you’re taking. You’ll be able to download it for free.
Day 2 - Get Yourself “Unstuck”
Today we take a big step forward by helping you understand what's really keeping you stuck and then breaking free from it. You can finally say goodbye to all the second guessing and negative self-talk which has been holding you back. We’ll hold another breakup Q&A, sharing stories if you wish, or just listening as others receive answers to questions you may have had yourself. We’ll close out with a live guided meditation, leaving you confident, refreshed, and feeling strong.
Day 3 - Feeling Whole Again
We’ll guide you through the steps towards feeling like yourself again. One of the most common issues I hear from my clients is they feel they’re left with a gaping void after their breakup. Today you’ll discover how to fill that void so you feel complete again. This is the formula for letting go and freeing yourself once and for all from the attachment and confusion. We’ll close out again with a guided meditation.
Day 4 - Dealing With Emotional Triggers
How can you get through a breakup, when there are emotional triggers all around you? It can be a song, something on social media, or just a memory popping into your head. All these triggers keep your ex at the front of your mind, and simply prolong the pain you’re feeling.
Today we’ll help you connect with your inner wounded child, because that’s the place your triggers come from and can be cleared. You’ll also learn the art of self-soothing so even if something does trigger you, you’ll be able to quickly and easily control your emotions before you begin to spiral.
Day 5 - Finding Closure
Today is all about finding inner peace and complete closure. Your past relationships can no longer hurt you once you come through this process. Many people believe closure cannot be found without talking to your ex. In fact, communicating further with them is the worst thing you can do. We’ll guide you through the same closure process I’ve taken hundreds of clients through. It’s a process I’ve seen work for so many, and it allows you complete release without needing to engage your ex.
